Good list. Some writers suggest that developers should submit an advance copy of the app to reviewers i.e. before it’s launched on the app store. But doing this would mean creating an ad hoc provisioning profile containing the reviewer’s UDID – which, obviously, you can’t ask for. So how to make an advance submission?

they offer both free and paid app reviews for IOS, Android and Windows Apps (they however don’t offer free reviews for android and windows apps)
